Project Description

Referred to Rosie’s Creative by a trusted social media marketing specialist, Olivera Weight Management is a Chicago-based medical office dealing specifically with issues related to weight loss. Burdened with an outdated website that was cumbersome and costly to update, they wanted a new site that would be easier to maintain. They were looking for a one-on-one relationship with a partner that could provide the training and tools they needed to maintain the website themselves. We at Rosie’s Creative were happy to assist Olivera Weight Management with these needs.

After consulting with Olivera Weight Management and discussing their objectives, we decided that a mobile-friendly site built on the WordPress platform would be the best way to go. WordPress features a user-friendly dashboard which allows the client to easily make changes to the website themselves. During the site build, we made significant customizations in order to meet Olivera’s industry-specific needs, integrating a third-party service into the website that allows them to maintain HIPAA compliance.

In terms of design, Olivera already had very well established branding standards in place, so when building the site, the choice of colors and other design elements was dictated by these existing guidelines. As for typeface selection, legibility was a top priority, so we kept font choices basic, using easy-to-read sans serifs throughout the site.
