The Rosie’s Creative team has been working tirelessly over the last two weeks to help our clients regroup, redirect, and get on firm footing to ride out the crisis. Here is how we are approaching this rapidly developing emergency situation…

We Have a Fully Digital Workplace
Rosie’s Creative is a 100% digital work environment, and has been one for 8 years. All of our staff are currently working remotely from home, using cutting edge tools and resources to stay in communication and on top of rapidly developing tasks. We stand ready to continue to provide support for our clients indefinitely. As long as the internet is still up and running, we will still be in business.

We Are Suspending 24hr Rush Fees
Our usual policy is to charge a rush fee for any job with a required turnaround time of 24 hours or less. During this state of emergency, we are waiving that fee for all of our current clients. We are aware that this pandemic is a rapidly developing situation that requires quick response from everyone. Our goal is to ensure that our clients are confident in their ability to stay on top of developments and stay in business without incurring additional fees.

We Are Expanding Our Neighborhood
Our local clients in the Maryland area typically receive a Good Neighbor 10% Discount on services when they contract with us. During the state of emergency, we are extending that Good Neighbor discount to all new clients within the USA. As this pandemic makes clear, we are all neighbors from the global viewpoint. This discount applies to all new accounts and contracts started during the state of emergency. Don’t hesitate to reach out just because you’re far away!

We Are Supporting Our Staff
Our staff is what makes Rosie’s Creative the best in digital marketing, and we want to ensure that they are able to easily meet the challenges posed by a pandemic. In recognition that emergency needs don’t often wait for payday, especially during a rapidly developing state of emergency, we are paying our staff for the next two weeks of their services upfront, rather than on our usual bi-weekly schedule. We want to ensure that any of our workers with emergency needs can afford to meet them sooner rather than later, and get back home safely.

We Are Making Payment Plans Available
Adjusting on the fly to a crisis situation can blow any budget out of the water, even with rush fees waived. At Rosie’s Creative, we are committed to helping our clients adjust, survive, and thrive, and that means setting reasonable billing terms.
